    Hi Cathy! thanks for the pattern. I am making squares for a charity KAS, that aims to provide blankets to aids orphans of South Africa. As 1 Dec is international AIDS Day our monthly challenge is to make squares with red yarn and/or heart designs. So your design is wonderful and I hope you don't mind but I have mentioned your blog on the dec challenge page. I am about to start your design right now with a lovely bright cherry red yarn.     Hi Cathy,

    I remember you from waiting on you at the yarn shop in Bay City and also seeing you at Messiah. Thank you for the cute pattern, hearts are one of my favorite designs, so this will be fun to knit for me.
    This MI summer has been one of the most hot/humid. Nice today, though, hope it stays this way through August.
