I wanted to share all the knitting I've finished this past week with you all and wish the vets a hearty THANK YOU for their service today.
But I've been struggling and fighting back tears all day.
I called home to arrange a trip to visit my parents and heard Mom's words....
"My Lymphoma is back."
I have my tickets to go home in a couple of weeks...and the prayers have already begun.
Pictures in a day, or two of the knitting. I promise. Today, I just wanna hug my Mom.
Oh Cathy - I'm so sorry. Lots of hugs and prayers coming your way. Go hug your Mom from all of us.
ReplyDeleteCathy, I'm so sorry to hear that. I'll be praying for you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear this, sending you and your mom and the rest of your family lots of positive thoughts...
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts are with you and your family :(
ReplyDeleteI only know you from the blog but I've had to hear the same thing from my mother and my heart aches for you. You're in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteHugs to you Cathy. Take care of yourself so you can take care of your MOM.
ReplyDeleteCathy:
ReplyDeleteIt is sad that you live so distant from your parents but also wonderful that you can get to them when the need arises.
You must know that many of us have been praying for you and your Mom, and will continue praying.
Please keep well and let us hear from you when you have time.
Dorothy
Hugs to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry. She's back on my prayer list.
ReplyDeleteWill add your Mom to my prayer list.
ReplyDeleteHUGS
