Tribbles...tribbles...tribbles...

There are two ways to find the Tribbles...if you got to Ravelry, you can either search for them, or go to my page and click on my projects...once you there there, it'll give you a link that will take you to the ravelry page that says...Tribble by Abigail-1870pearl.

Or, you can Google Tribble Knit Pattern, like I did and come up with the link to the pattern... http://1870pearl.typepad.com/my_weblog/2007/02/rubadubdub.html and that will take you to the blog 1870Pearl for the pattern.

I am loving this quick pattern....but one thing..I have been using my (US)7's(4.5mm) bamboo needles for this pattern. The original pattern is for (US)6's..but I generally like the fabric that my 7's give me.

I have tried to make those Tribbles in the past and mine just never seemed to turn out the way they should. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Yours are so pretty and perfect...I might just have to give another a try.

I think Ravelry has a bug. When I found your project page, the only thing there were Dishcloth, Sea Salt and Socks. I still couldn't find it using a search.

Dunno.....

I did find it on the blog and thank you kindly!

Disregard that last comment. My coffee hasn't kicked in.

Very Sorry.

The tribbles are adorable. I don't even know what they are - but they're great. Are they like sponges or pot scrubbers? You can tell I'm not a domestic goddess (yet). Happy knitting.

Oh I forgot about Tribbles too! Yours are so nice and what a great idea to pair them with the dishcloths for a gift. :)

Hi -- I am trying these for the first time and am just wondering if there's any reason I couldn't increase the number of cast on sts to make a larger bath pouf. So say I wanted to double the size to 36, I'd still do the SSK at the second st and the KF&B on the second to last. Or am I completely wrong in thinking that's all I'd have to do? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Oh I LOVE making these!!!! At my neighbor's suggestion, I have increased mine to cast on about 22-24 stitches,,,then instead of doing the SSK,,,I purl the two stitches together.

These are soooo loved by everyone who sees them. with or without wash/dish cloths. Most like them with out, and use them for Bath gifts, etc besides with dishes.

Thanks for posting this pattern. I seen before, and should have posted then.

Thanks for the comment, but please remember, it's Abagail's pattern. And I've certainly loved it, too! Over and over and over again!
